Thank you for purchasing tickets to the 2022 Georgia Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary Tour.
Below you will find a map with properties listed along the shortest route; however, you may tour the properties in any order you choose. We strongly encourage to participants to use a navigation app (Google Maps and Waze are staff favorites) as these real-time traffic apps will route you around traffic, construction, and other unforseen drama on the day of the tour.
Please note that the Georgia Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary Tour is a self-guided tour. You may tour the properties in any order you like. There are no restroom facilities at any of this year's tour sites so please plan accordingly. There are numerous restaurants and other businesses along the route where you may stop for refreshments. The headquarters site for this year's tour will be the Deepdene Park location.
Online ticket sales will end at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 7.. Additional tickets will be for sale on tour day at the Deepdene Park location ONLY. The cost is $20 for Georgia Audubon members and $30 for non-members. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Please note: Comfortable, sturdy footwear is a must for tour day. Several of our properties have gravel or wood chip paths and/or hills that tour participants will need to navigate if they wish to fully view tour properties. Plan to bring bug spray, sunscreen, and your binoculars. The event will take place rain or shine. The current forecast calls for a high in the upper 70s with a chance of showers. If rain is forecast, you may wish to bring a rain jacket and wear waterproof shoes on the day of the tour.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2022 Wildlife Sanctuary Tour!
